"A vibrant and punchy paprika with plenty of
attitude! A delicious smoky initial flavour is followed by heat which is
warming initially, growing in power and yet always retaining character and
clarity. Measured and magnificent in its arc of flavour - it grows and fills
the mouth with sweetness, rounded heat and a long, long finish. An excellent
ingredient that will add many levels of flavour to cooking and sauces, dips,
dressing, mayonnaise and charcuterie."
